Refund Policy - Coaching Programs
I understand that with this transaction, I am PURCHASING Greta Be's 6-Step Purpose-Discovery Coaching Program in full or six payments bill over the next six months.
I am clear that I am NOT PURCHASING a monthly subscription plan that I can cancel at any time, but instead agreeing to pay in FULL(with the opportunity to do so over time, if I choose the payment plan.)
I also understand that Greta Be's 6-Step Purpose-Discovery Coaching Program begins when I join and auto-renews every month for six months (depending on the program I initially registered for and provided I remain in good standing and do not owe a balance.)
I understand that there is a 30-day cancellation period from the original date of purchase, so I can "test out "Greta Be's 6-Step Purpose-Discovery Coaching Program.
I understand that participation and all work and assignments must have been completed and submitted for the cancellation to be honored.
Returns & Refunds Policy - Greta Be Apparel & More
It is required that we are contacted before returning any products. If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.
We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse. Returns for product size exchanges are available by placing a new order at the customer's expense.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. We will cover the replacement cost associated with such submissions.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part is covered at our expense.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Greta Be Apparel & More does not accept returns of worn goods, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with worn or used goods won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
To return an item and receive a refund:
You must first receive a return authorization number (RA #) from a Apparel representative. Returns received by Apparel without an RA # will be refused.
To receive an RA #, contact a Apparel representative by phone at (800) 332-6576, or by the email form on the contact page. If your return is approved, our representative will email you the RA # with return instructions within 2 business days or less. If your return is not approved, we will respond with a reason for disapproval within 2 business days or less.
Follow the return instructions in the email you received.
Items being returned to Apparel must be returned via shipping pre-paid by the customer. Ship the return using the carrier of your choice. We recommend requesting a tracking code and shipping receipt. Apparel is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
There is no "return label", you will write the address from the email onto the package itself. Please be sure to send the items to the return address listed in the email, NOT to the corporate address listed on the Apparel website.
Returns are generally processed within 2 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for refund credits to be processed.
Please be aware that:
Item return claims must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Items that have been printed on, washed, or altered in any way are not returnable.
Apparel does not charge any restocking fees.
We do not provide return shipping labels for orders that ship to Territories or Military addresses.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
